Ships quarterly. Shipping within Canada is included.
International shipping is added at checkout.
IMPORTANT DETAILS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Please note that any tariffs, duties, and other fees (particularly to the US) are NOT included in the shipping fees and may need to be paid on delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Due to their quickly changing nature, I am no longer able to include them in the shipping costs.
Ship dates of the boxes:
- First week of September (place first order by August 10)
- First week of December (place first order by November 10)
- First week of March (place first order by February 10)
- First week of June (place first order by May 10)
NOTE: please ignore the expected delivery date on your confirmation email, I am unable to adjust it to fit the subscription schedule
- This is a subscription that will auto-renew according to the plan you select (quarterly, every 6 months, or yearly). You do not need to make a new purchase to keep receiving the boxes. The renewal dates are August 10, November 10, February 10, and May 10 (see ship dates above).
- To stop receiving boxes, you need to go to your customer portal and cancel the subscription before your next renewal date.
- Occasionally, we might include extras in the box that contain allergens (food items / soaps / thread conditioner, and similar items). If you have an allergy that would make the inclusion of such an item dangerous for you, please put a note in the comments box at checkout, or message me via the contact page.
